Notice of Public Hearing: Barrett Hill Rd Subdivision Project; Wilton, NH

NHDES Wetlands Permit Application #2022-03478

Pursuant to RSA 482:A:8, Env-Wt 202, and Env-C 205.03, the New Hampshire Department of Environmental Services, Wetlands Bureau is providing notice of a Public Hearing scheduled on June 27, 2023, commencing at 5:00 pm. The hearing will be held at the Wilton Town Hall courtroom, 42 Main St., Wilton, NH.

The purpose of this public hearing is to receive public comments regarding NHDES application #2022-03478, submitted by San-Ken Homes Inc, requesting to construct a shared driveway for residential access to multiple lots as part of a seven-lot subdivision.

The project will dredge & fill 975 square feet (SF) within the bed and banks of an intermittent stream (tier 1, impacting 60 linear feet) and palustrine forested wetland to install an embedded 36-inch diameter, 40-foot-long culvert as part of the shared driveway.
