Each year, NHDES tracks bills in the New Hampshire State Legislature that relate to the agency’s programs or that otherwise might affect the agency. When bills have a potential impact on the department, NHDES will submit letters of testimony to the Legislature and often appear to speak at the hearings. Any time the department submits a letter of testimony, a copy of the letter is made available here on the NHDES website. Letters of testimony can be found in the document library.
