Climate Action Plan

NHDES is currently working on a Comprehensive Climate Action Plan (CCAP), due December 2025 under a planning grant through the EPA Climate Pollution Reduction Grant (CPRG) Program. This follows up on the previous EPA deliverable, the 2024 New Hampshire Priority Climate Action Plan, which included a detailed, state-level greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions inventory and a list of priority measures that could reduce the state’s GHG emissions.
