Public Notice: CWSRF/ARPA – North Conway Water Precinct, Oxidation Ditch Upgrade

The North Conway Water Precinct, of North Conway, New Hampshire, has applied for a Clean Water State Revolving Fund (CWSRF) loan and an American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) grant through the State of New Hampshire Department of Environmental Services (NHDES) in accordance with provisions of Chapter Env-Wq 500 rules of the department.

As all work will take place on existing infrastructure, a Categorical Exclusion (CE) is proposed.
