Public Notice: ARPA – Colebrook Homeowners Cooperative Water, Sewer, and Electrical Upgrade

The Colebrook Homeowners Cooperative of Colebrook, New Hampshire, has applied for an American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) grant through the State of New Hampshire Department of Environmental Services (NHDES) in accordance with provisions of Chapter Env-Wq 500 rules of the department.

As all work will take place in the existing City streets or rights-of-way, a Categorical Exclusion (CE) is proposed.
