Oil Fund Disbursement Board

The Oil Fund Disbursement Board (Board) administers the New Hampshire Petroleum Reimbursement Fund Program. The Board is composed of 12 members representing the state Legislature, the petroleum industry, state agencies and the general public. The Board is administratively attached to NHDES, which performs program support services. The Board meets regularly to approve activity reports, review policies and procedures, consider rule waiver requests and hear appeals.
