New Hampshire Celebrates 10th National Drive Electric Week Expo

Electric Vehicle Event in Concord, NH September 24

Concord, NH – One of six New Hampshire National Drive Electric Week celebrations is planned for Saturday, September 24, at City Plaza in Concord (in front of the State House). Event organizers, including Drive Electric NH, Granite State Clean Cities Coalition, New Hampshire Sierra Club, New Hampshire Automobile Dealers Association, and Plug-In America, have partnered to bring this annual nationwide observance to 240+ events nationwide and abroad to draw attention to the economic, environmental, and other benefits of electric vehicles (EVs).

The Concord celebration takes place from 8 a.m. until 12 p.m. next to the Concord Farmers Market. The showcase will spotlight all-battery electric and plug-in hybrid electric vehicles such as the Chevy Bolt, Ford Mustang Mach-E, Ford F-150 Lightning Pickup, Hyundai Ioniq 5, Tesla (Model 3, Model Y, and Roadster), Volkswagen ID.4, Zero Motorcycle, and even a Lucid Air, as well as related electric and solar technology.

Information and materials will be on hand regarding EVs and their environmental benefits, vehicle charging information and other electric technology.  It's a terrific opportunity to learn about EVs in an informal and informational setting. This event is free to the public and open to all.

Other National Drive Electric Week events in New Hampshire will be held on September 24 at the New London Historical Village and at Franklin Pierce University in Rindge, on September 25 at the Exeter Town Hall, on September 28 at the Common Man Inn & Spa in Plymouth, on October 1 at the Bethlehem Public Library and at Apple Harvest Day in Dover, and on October 2 at the Bridge Street Parking Lot in Portsmouth.
