Plastic Bags and Film
Plastic bags, film, wrap and flexible packaging do not belong in your recycling bin with plastic containers. However, there are plenty of opportunities for them to be recycled through specialized collection programs at retail locations. Retailers usually consolidate the material with other film like pallet wrap at their distribution centers and then sell the material to companies making products like composite lumber, bags and film, containers, crates and pallets.
