Extreme weather events are becoming more and more common across the world. This class will provide insight on extreme weather here in our own State of New Hampshire and the United States. The morning presentation will connect the dots between extreme weather events and a changing climate along with resiliency and redundancy. Local data from New Hampshire Climate Assessments and predicted future trends will be presented. There will be discussion about actions you can take, in response to these changing conditions, to address some of the issues and impacts your community/WWTF is experiencing.
