DRINKING WATER STATE REVOLVING LOAN FUND PROGRAM: In accordance with the provisions of the Safe Drinking Water Act (SDWA) Amendments of 1996, NHDES will hold a public hearing on the Fiscal Year 2021 Draft Intended Use Plan and Project Priority List which describes how the State of New Hampshire intends to use the available Drinking Water Revolving Loan Funds to meet the objectives of the SDWA and further the goal of protecting public health.

CLEAN WATER STATE REVOLVING LOAN FUND PROGRAM: In accordance with the provisions of the Clean Water Act, as amended, the New Hampshire Department of Environmental Services will hold a public hearing on the Title VI Revolving Loan Fund Fiscal Year 2021 Draft Intended Use Plan and Project Priority List.

STATE AID GRANT PROGRAM FOR WATER POLLUTION CONTROL:
In accordance with the provisions of Revised Statues Annotated 486:1, IV(b), the New Hampshire Department of Environmental Services will hold a public hearing on the project priority lists for Fiscal Years 2022 and 2023 and for ensuing years for the construction of wastewater treatment facilities under the State Aid Grant Program for Water Pollution Control established by the enactment of Chapter 277 of the Laws of 1992.

The hearings will be held virtually via GoToWebinar on Thursday, August 5, 2021. The hearings will open at 9 a.m. and remain in session until all attendees have been given an opportunity to provide comments. The Drinking Water State Revolving Loan Fund hearing will be held first, followed immediately by the Clean Water State Revolving Loan Fund hearing and the State Aid Grant Program for Water Pollution Control hearing. Participants may join by computer or phone.
