Pursuant to RSA 482:A:8, Env-Wt 202, and Env-C 205.03, the New Hampshire Department of Environmental Services, Wetlands Bureau is providing notice of a Public Hearing scheduled on March 9, 2021 beginning at 2:00 p.m. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the hearing will be conducted remotely. The purpose of the public hearing is to receive public comment on the following pending application proposing to impact approximately 2.24 acres of wetlands for construction of a commercial distribution center:
