This is the class required of all applicants who are either first-time attendees, or whose certification has expired. This class is open to attendees with a current certification, but priority will be given to first-time and expired applicants. The class consists of an overview of the RCRA requirements that apply to all full quantity generators of hazardous waste in New Hampshire, and includes a comprehensive exam at the end of the day.
