Hearing to receive comments on a revision to the New Hampshire’s State Implementation Plan (SIP) to meet the requirements for submitting a second maintenance plan under Clean Air Act section 175A(b), pertaining to the 1997 8-hour ozone National Ambient Air Quality Standard (NAAQS) and the Boston-Manchester-Portsmouth (SE) Area.
The hearing will be held by request and will be cancelled if no requests are received by June 25 at 4 PM. Written comments can be submitted until 4 PM on June 30, 2021.
