Public hearing to receive comments on the initial proposal for rule Env-Dw 503 and 504: Public Water System General and Operational Requirements and Maintenance Requirements will be held on January 9, 2024, at 10 a.m.

Written comments can be submitted until: 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday, January 14, 2024.

The hearing will be held at the New Hampshire Department of Safety, 33 Hazen Drive, Conference Room (2nd floor). Contact Holly Green, Rules Coordinator, Water Division, with questions, including requests to accommodate persons with disabilities.
