Supervises the Groundwater Management Permit Sub-Section of the Oil Remediation & Compliance Bureau which is responsible for the administration of groundwater management permits in conjunction with long-term monitoring of petroleum-contaminated sites, and groundwater release detection permits for fueling stations not conforming with setback requirements.
