Certified Culvert Maintainer Program
A photo of a culvert surrounded by vegetation The Certified Culvert Maintainer (CCM) program allows an employee of a state or municipal public works agency to be certified to maintain, repair, replace, or modify culverts within certain specifications without submitting a permit application for each culvert maintenance project. In lieu of the typical permitting requirements, CCMs report their culvert maintenance activities quarterly to the Wetlands Bureau.

The UNH T2 Center offers a full day CCM Training class held in various locations throughout New Hampshire. At the conclusion of the class, the UNH T2 Center administers the certification examination.
