Solid Waste Waste-Derived Products Certification

Purpose
To certify waste-derived products for distribution and use.

Applicability
Applicable to persons distributing or using a waste-derived product in New Hampshire.

Application

Fee
None

Processing Time
Typically within 60 days after the application is deemed complete.

Term/Renewal
Certification has no time limitations unless revoked or suspended.

Modification/Amendments
Notification of changes must be submitted in writing to the Solid Waste Permitting and Design Review Section prior to any change(s) to the application upon which the certification was issued or amended.

Transferability
Certifications cannot be transferred.

Appeals
Any person aggrieved by a final decision can appeal to the Waste Management Council in accordance with RSA 21-O:9.
