Public Notice: NH Department of Safety Application for Wetland Permit

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

Pursuant to RSA 482:A:8, Env-Wt 202, and Env-C 205.03, the New Hampshire Department of Environmental Services, Wetlands Bureau is providing notice of a Public Hearing scheduled on August 13, 2021 beginning at 6:30 p.m. The purpose of the public hearing is to receive public comment on the following pending application proposing to dredge 800 cubic yards of material from 8,365 square feet of previously dredged lakebed, and reconfigure the existing docking facility.
