This webinar is intended for representatives of community water systems serving more than 3,300 people to ensure compliance with state and federal emergency planning rules under America's Water Infrastructure Act (AWIA). Env-Dw 503.21 requires community water systems to submit an updated emergency plan to NHDES DWGB, while EPA's AWIA requires the certification of a risk and resilience assessment and updates to an emergency response plan.
