NHDES Wastewater Operator Application Form is available online or from the NHDES Wastewater Operation Section by calling (603) 271-5553. All applications shall be submitted to NHDES by the application deadline of April 15, 2022. The NHDES Certification Committee will notify applicants of their eligibility within 25 days of the exam date.
