NHDES Solid Waste Operator Training program hosts Basic Training for all NEW solid waste operators as required by RSA 149-M. The intention of the training is to promote environmental protection, public health and safety by providing information on the rules governing solid waste facilities and providing operators with the knowledge for keeping their facility in compliance.
Operators must submit an initial application and fee and attend Basic Training to obtain their certification. Those wishing to attend Basic Training may register for the online class, however, they will not receive confirmation until NHDES receives a complete initial application.
Audience: NEW SW Operators or Returning Operators
