Pursuant to RSA 482:A:8, Env-Wt 202, and Env-C 205.03, the New Hampshire Department of Environmental Services, Wetlands Bureau is providing notice of a Public Hearing scheduled on April 6, 2022, beginning at 4:00 PM. The purpose of the public hearing is to receive public comment on the following pending application proposing to dredge and fill 2,265 square feet (SF) of palustrine forested wetland in order to construct a 24 foot wide access road with associated side slopes to provide access to a proposed fuel farm and fixed base operator facility, and install security fencing, and temporarily impact 38 SF of palustrine forested wetland for temporary construction access to install an outlet control structure.
