Pursuant to RSA 482:A:8, Env-Wt 202 and Env-C 205.03, the New Hampshire Department of Environmental Services, Wetlands Bureau is providing notice of a Public Hearing scheduled on April 8, 2022, beginning at 2:00 p.m. The purpose of the public hearing is to receive public comment on the following pending application proposing to dredge and fill 94,446 square feet in palustrine unconsolidated bottom and palustrine scrub-shrub wetlands (with 51,407 square feet in an excavated wash pond, 40,571 square feet in a kettle-hole bog and 2,468 square feet within a wetland swale) for an industrial development that consists of a distribution center, appurtenant access and parking. Compensatory mitigation for impacts is proposed to be provided through a 395.2-acre aquatic resource buffer preservation project in the town of Hooksett.
