Pursuant to RSA 482:A:8, Env-Wt 202, and Env-C 205.03, the New Hampshire Department of Environmental Services, Wetlands Bureau is providing notice of a Public Hearing scheduled on July 14, 2021, beginning at 3:00 p.m. In on-going consideration of the COVID-19 pandemic, the hearing will be offered in a hybrid format, for both in-person and remote attendance. The purpose of the public hearing is to receive public comment on the following pending application proposing to impact approximately 17 acres of wetlands for construction of a new landfill:

Applicant: Granite State Landfill, LLC
Subject Property: Douglas Drive, Dalton and Bethlehem, NH; Dalton Tax Map/Lot 406-1 (M405-33, 406-1, 406-2.1, 406-2.3,2.4,2.5, 406-3), and Bethlehem Tax Map/Lot (406-1, 406-2); (NHDES File# 2020-02239)
