This class will provide an overview of the PFAS family of compounds and detail the specific procedures involved in sampling for PFAS in wastewater collection systems; in WWTF influent and effluent; and in wastewater residuals. This training will include the development of the sampling analysis plan, lab analysis protocols, sampling protocols including what materials are acceptable while sampling (and what materials to avoid), sample collection, and collection material cleaning procedures. This class will include actual demonstrations of proper PFAS sampling and PFAS collection equipment cleaning protocols. Space is limited so please register soon.
