Approves the performance of EPA-method compliance stack tests and monitoring equipment certifications (RATAs), and ensures that all required State and Federal test methods and requirements are being correctly followed. Performs technical/engineering analyses of the results of testing of stationary source emissions and associated air pollution control equipment.
