Supervises the Operations Section of the Wastewater Engineering Bureau and oversees all section functions.

This position manages the Wastewater Operator Certification and Training Program. State law requires licensing of all wastewater operators who are responsible for the operation and oversight of Wastewater Treatment Facilities.
