Administrative Rules

Most administrative rules expire eight years from their effective date, and may be revised and readopted at any time. Rules with proposed or recently adopted language are marked with a red arrow (red arrow) below; the arrow means that new language has not been incorporated in the certified rules. In order to read any newly adopted language, you must go to the Proposed and Recently Adopted Rules page at http://www.des.state.nh.us/RuleMaking/

A paper copy of any DES rules may obtained from the DES Public Information Center, (603) 271-2975, or pip@des.state.nh.us.

DES is not responsible for errors occurring during the electronic downloading of administrative rules or other files that may alter the meaning or context of those files.
