The purpose of this document is to provide a comprehensive list of water treatment equipment dealers serving NH. This list is restricted to businesses located within New Hampshire. For your convenience this list is sorted alphabetically by the town in which the business is located. This list was prepared by referencing the yellow pages of all New Hampshire telephone directories under the following headings:

Water filtration and purification;

Water treatment equipment, services and supplies; and

Water softening and conditioning.

Additional firms will be added on request.

The agency is currently seeking data from each firm to complete column 2 of the list. This list will be updated each January.

The State of New Hampshire does not approve or disapprove of water treatment devices nor does it license water treatment device installers or salespersons. Inclusion of a name in this list is not an endorsement of the equipment or sales person.

There are state licensing programs for water well drillers and water well pump installers.

There is a state program that certifies laboratories that performs compliance testing for public water systems. Laboratories are not required to be certified for testing water samples from only private wells.
