| 900K - 1000K |
$ 5,250 |
| (Table continues at $500 per additional 100,000 square feet of disturbance) |
In practice, the area of disturbance is measured as follows:
- For a single family home subdivision in which the lot development will not be carried out at the same time as construction of the roadway and stormwater control structures (i.e. the roadway and required drainage facilities will be completed and stabilized prior to grading the lots), the grading for the residential lots can be omitted from the calculation.
- For other types of development and for earth removal operations, all earth disturbances are included in the calculation, including but not limited to: building area(s), parking, driveways, roadways, permanent stormwater controls, utility construction, landscaping, temporary stockpile, excavation, and staging areas.
