Public Beach Inspection Program
Public Comment
The Beach Program is seeking public comments on documents meeting BEACH Act
grant performance criteria. Please Note: The Risk-Based Beach
Evaluations and Tiered Monitoring Plan apply to coastal public beaches only
at this time. We would like to apply these processes to freshwater
public beaches in the future. We encourage all interested parties to
comment on how these processes may be applied to both freshwater and coastal
public beaches.
